The goal of the program is to provide the education, community building, start up cost & materials that will support the community initiatives and local Do-It-Yourself (DIY) businesses created by the skilled & talented people that are eager to build their communities together. This will empower the local community to create new jobs, build infrastructure and services that can unfortunately not be provided by the government.
